| Personality and History |
| Kula has a variety of abilities, most of them revolving around ice. Her fighting style is almost similar to ballet or figure skating, and mimicks K's in a few ways. She also has a few classic kung fu moves, such as the one inch punch. Usually, Kula has chestnut brown hair and red eyes, but when she uses her powers or prepares to fight, her hair turns an icy blue and tiny bits of frost and snow circle her. Kula can control ice almost perfectly, being able to create it out of nothing and manipulate it freely. Her abilities vary from freezing her breath to her hair, to creating giant spikes of ice and freezing the air around her. She also has ice skating blades that slide out from her shoes, and uses these to make her kicks even more devastating, or creates trails of ice which she then skates on to increase her speed. Kula can even encase her body in ice with no damage to herself. |
